Directions for Use:
Remove tamper evident seal from tube before use.
Brush teeth for 2 minutes twice a day and visit your dentist as often as they recommend.

Children of 6 years and younger:
Use a pea sized amount for supervised brushing to minimise swallowing.
In case of intake of fluoride from other sources consult a doctor or dentist.
