Pregnacare Max tablets contain 400µg of Folic Acid, which is the amount that the NHS recommends that all pregnant mothers take during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. They also contain Vitamin D and calcium, which help to support healthy bone development. The Omega-3 capsules included contain DHA, an essential fatty acid which can help to support normal eye and brain development
