Two specifically prepared multivitamins are included in Pregnacare Him & Her Conception, one for men and one for women. These vitamins are intended to boost fertility, aid in the formation of maternal tissue, and supply the vital nutrients required for a successful conception and pregnancy.

For Men, Each pill includes zinc, which supports regular fertility and aids in maintaining normal blood levels of testosterone. Each male supplement also contains selenium, which supports healthy spermatogenesis, the process of producing mature sperm.

For Women, Each tablet includes zinc, which supports healthy fertility in women. The 400g of folic acid suggested by the UK Department of Health for women attempting to conceive is also included in each female pill.
