The B vitamins in these tablets contribute to energy release from your food, supporting your vitality when you need it most. They also contain 10µg of Vitamin D which is recommended as a daily supplement by the UK Department of Health for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers.

The Omega-3 Capsules included in this product provide 300mg DHA, which contributes to the normal development of your little one’s brain and eyes when taken by breastfeeding mothers.

Can I take this product if I’m still pregnant?

You can take these supplements if you are still pregnant and are coming towards the end of your pregnancy and it does not particularly matter when you transition over to these tablets. However, if you are pregnant and are looking for a vitamin which will support you during this time, you may want to consider other products in the Pregnacare range, which are designed especially for use during pregnancy.
