Thealoz Duo is a preservative free formula that lubricates, hydrates and protects dry eyes and can be used with all types of contact lenses. It works in two ways:

• Trehalose protects the epithelial cells on the ocular surface, improving their resistance to the daily stresses of dry environments and tear film changes in a dry eye.
• Sodium Hyaluronate adds moisture by holding water to hydrate and lubricate the surface of the eye.

This combination makes it the ideal choice for all dry eyes, no matter what the cause. It is a hypotonic formulation which means it particularly addresses the chemistry imbalance of the tear film in chronic dry eye and is better at soothing symptoms. In fact, clinical studies have shown that a single drop of Thealoz Duo improves the thickness of the tear film for at least 4 hours.

Thealoz Duo can be applied as often as necessary throughout the day to provide fast acting, long lasting relief from dry eyes.

Thealoz Duo 10ml uses the unique ABAK bottle system which means that it provides multiple doses and can be used for up to 3 months but without the need for preservatives.

Delivery Options
We offer two delivery services:

Express Delivery: 1–2 working days

Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days

Delivery times are based on working days (Monday to Friday) and begin once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

An incorrect delivery address, or Multiple missed delivery attempts a re-shipping fee will apply to send the item back out.

Missed Deliveries or Returns
If the courier attempts delivery multiple times and the parcel is returned to us, you will be contacted to arrange re-shipment. Please note, an additional shipping fee will be required.
