Perna extract is produced from the New Zealand Green Lipped Mussel which is grown in state controlled reas in the South Pacific waters around New Zealand. The extract is removed by a special production process, without the use of solvents, and then freeze dried, guaranteeing the highest quality available.

Perna is a source of high grade Glycosaminoglycans (GAG), of which Glucosamine is a precursor and Vitsmin C. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage. Healthy cartilage is essential to maintain mobility of the joints.

Ingredients:
Green Lipped Mussel Extract (74%) (Molluscs), Gelatin (capsule shell), Ascorbic Acid, anti-caking agent: Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Sterate.

Directions:
As a food supplement for adults take 3 capsules a day for the first three months.
If necessary, the dosage can be increased to 6 capsules.
After three months: 2 capsules a day.
Capsules should be taken with food.
Please do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
