Suggested Use

• Tip your head back slightly and insert the spray tip into one of your nostrils.
• Press nozzle firmly and quickly.
• If required, spray into your other nostril.
• If you experience sneezing, a runny nose, or watery eyes, these effects should decrease after the first few days.

Ready to quit abruptly? Use the nasal spray in order to help control your nicotine cravings and withdrawal symptoms. Use up to a maximum of 2 sprays in each nostril per hour/64 sprays per day.
