Suggested Use

• Tip your head back slightly and insert the spray tip into one of your nostrils.
• Press nozzle firmly and quickly.
• If required, spray into your other nostril.

Ready to quit abruptly? Use the nasal spray in order to help control your nicotine cravings and withdrawal symptoms. Use up to a maximum of 2 sprays in each nostril per hour/64 sprays per day.
