How to Use

Stand or sit up straight and take a deep breath, filling your lungs completely. Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and ensure a tight seal with your lips. Blow out as hard and fast as you can in a single breath. Note the reading and record it in your peak flow diary. Repeat three times and record the highest reading.

Peak Flow Diary

For consistent monitoring, record your peak flow at least every morning and evening. Tracking readings over time helps identify patterns and changes in lung function. If a peak flow diary was not included with your device, a downloadable chart is available.
