• To avoid future chafing, use prior to activity
• Repeat as often as necessary

What is chafing?

Chafing is a common skin problem that results in pain and irritation caused by friction, moisture or irritating fabrics. It can result in a mild rash, or in severe cases, swelling and bleeding. Chafing is particularly common if you do a lot of exercise or if you're overweight.
