Imodim Instants tablets can relieve diarrhoea within a matter of minutes. The tablet dissolves immediately on your tongue.

Imodium restores your bowel rhythm to its natural rhythm. This allows you to absorb fluids again.

Imodium is only for the relief of symptoms and not as a replacement for rehydration therapy.

How to use

Before using the leaflet, please carefully read it.

TO OPEN: Remove the lid from your pocket and then tip the tablet out.

Do not push the tablet through foil.

DO NOT USE:

Diarrhoea short-term:
Children over 12 years old: 2 tablets are required to begin treatment. You can take one tablet for every loose stool movement. Maximum 6 tablets per day. Consult your doctor if diarrhoea persists for longer than 48 hours.
Children under 12 years old are not recommended.

IBS diarrhoea was previously diagnosed by a physician:
Adults over 18 years old: 2 tablets are required to begin treatment. You can take one tablet with each loose stool movement or as directed by your doctor. A maximum of six tablets daily is allowed. This medicine can be used for repeated attacks for up to 2 weeks. However, it should not be taken for more than 48 hours. Consult your doctor if your symptoms persist or worsen after 2 weeks.
