Directions for Use
Apply as needed, including before bedtime. Dispense a pea-sized amount of gel onto a finger or onto the tongue, then distribute throughout the mouth using the tongue. If assisting someone else, an oral swab may be used to apply the gel. Swallowing the gel is safe. Store at room temperature.
