Directions for Use:
Suitable for adults and children over 12 years of age. Take one tablet daily with food, recommended in the morning. Adults may increase up to two tablets daily if required. Tablets are to be swallowed whole. Do not exceed the recommended dose.Cautions:

• Keep out of sight and reach of children.
• Food Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Ingredients:
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid, HPMC), Stabiliser [hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose (HPMC), crosslinked sodium carboxy methyl cellulose (SCMC)], Bulking Agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Anti-caking Agent (silica, veg. magnesium stearate), Coating (SCMC, dextrin, dextrose, soy lecithin, sodium citrate).
