Directions for Use:
Suitable for adults and children over 12 years of age. Take one tablet daily with food, recommended in the morning. Adults may increase up to two tablets daily if required. Tablets are to be swallowed whole. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

• Food Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Ingredients:
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid, HPMC), Bulking Agent [hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose (HPMC), microcrystalline cellulose], Rosehip Powder (rosa canina), Anti-caking Agent (silica, veg. magnesium stearate), Emulsifier (crosscarmellose sodium), Glazing Agent (SCMC, dextrin, dextrose, soy lecithin, sodium citrate), Acerola Powder (Malpighia punicifolia), Hesperidin (Citrus sinensis), Rutin Bean Extract (Dimorphandra).
