Ingredients

Ispaghula Husk (3.5 g per sachet): A natural source of soluble fibre that helps support regular bowel function.

Dosage

• Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Take one sachet in the morning and one sachet in the evening, preferably after meals.
• Under 12 years: Not recommended unless advised by a healthcare professional.

How to Use

• Empty the contents of one sachet into a glass.
• Add approximately 150 ml of cold water.
• Stir well and drink immediately.
• Drink promptly after mixing.
• Do not take the powder without liquid.
• Ensure adequate fluid intake throughout the day.

Side Effects

This product is generally well tolerated. However, potential side effects may include:

• Mild bloating or abdominal discomfort
• Increased flatulence
• Temporary changes in bowel habits
