Flexiseq can only be used externally. Use Flexiseq twice daily in the morning and evening. The dosage should be adjusted to suit the treatment area. Apply evenly to the knee using a dosage of 2.2g. This corresponds to approximately half of the carton's length. Before covering, let the area dry completely.
