Size Guide

Choose the correct size based on ankle circumference:

• Small: 15cm – 20cm

• Medium: 20cm – 25cm

• Large: 25cm – 30cm

• X-Large: 30cm – 35cm

How to Apply

1. Select the correct size from the size chart.

2. Fold over the top of the support and slide it over the foot.

3. Pull the support up to the ankle with the heel pattern centred over the heel.

4. Ensure a snug fit without restricting circulation.

Care Instructions

Hand wash in lukewarm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and air dry. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat or sunlight.
