How do I use E45 Emollient Bath Oil?

For adults, use the measuring cap and pour 15ml into a full warm bath. For children, pour 5-10ml into a smaller warm bath. Relax in the bath for at least 10 minutes. You can use E45 Bath Oil daily, as needed.
