How to Use Colgate Fluorigard Mouthwash for Maximum Protection

• Simply rinse with 10-15ml of mouthwash for 30 seconds to 1 minute, ensuring it reaches all areas of your mouth. 

• Avoid swallowing and do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after use to allow the fluoride to take effect. 

• Regular use helps to keep your teeth cavity-free and your breath fresh.
