Chloramphenicol Eye Drops 0.5% (10 ml)

Chloramphenicol 0.5% Antibiotic Eye Drops 10ml are a 5 day course of antibiotic eye drops to cure and treat acute bacterial conjunctivitis. (Brand many vary due to nationwide shortages)
Please take care that the eye drops are stored in the fridge and once opened are discarded after 5 days.

Directions for use: For adults and children: put 1 drop into the affected eye(s) every 2 hours for the first 48 hours, then every four hours after. The course of treatment should be 5 days. Discard medicine after 5 day course of treatment.

Cautions: Keep out of sight and reach of children. Do not freeze. Store upright between 2°C and 8°C. For EXTERNAL use only. Consult your doctor if eye infection does not start to improve within 48 hours. Do not use if you are allergic to Chloramphenicol or any of the listed ingredients.

Ingredients: Chloramphenicol 0.5% w/v, phenylmercuric nitrate 0.002% w/v, borax, purified water.
