Calpol Vapour Plug & Nightlight Lavender & Chamomile 3+ Months

The Calpol Vapour Plug & Nightlight contains a blend of aromatic oils including lavender, chamomile, menthol, camphor and eucalyptus. These oils help to soothe and comfort your child at night time whilst helping to ease breathing. 

Non-medicated aromatic vapours provide soothing night time comfort for your child. It’s easy to use, too, just plug it in and it’s ready to go. Easy-to-replace refill pads that last up to 8 hours, with the orange nightlight activated when the lights go out. This product contains the vapour plug and 3 refill pads.

How to use this product

Always use Calpol Vapour Plug & Nightlight Lavender & Chamomile exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / Online Pharmacy 4U pharmacist has told you. Allow 60-90 minutes for the vapour to fill the room. The strength of the vapour will vary depending on room size and ventilation. The vapour will be stronger the closer it is to the user.

To insert a pad, cut across the top of the foil pouch to expose the pad. Using the foil to hold the pad, slide the pad into the slot of the vapour plug. When replacing a used pad, inserting a fresh pad will push out the old one. Dispose of used pads safely without touching them directly. Always wash hands after replacing pads.

Then connect the plug to a power supply with the nightlight at the bottom. When using the vapour plug with a pad inserted, do not leave the unit in the plug socket for more than 16 hours at a time. After 16 hours, unplug the unit for a few hours before using again. Replace the pad before next use. Do not disassemble the unit or nightlight. Nightlight goes on when the light goes out. When the nightlight burns out, replace the entire unit. Do not block the airflow of the vapour plug unit or light sensor on bottom. If the light sensor is blocked the nightlight will stay on. Unplug the vapour plug when not in use.

To insert a new pad, allow the unit to cool for 10 minutes. Open a refill pad as described above. Inserting a new pad will push out the old one. Be careful whilst removing and inserting the new pads as the device contains hot surfaces. Remove and discard the old pad to use the nightlight alone. When should this product not be used? 

Calpol Vapour Plug & Nightlight Lavender & Chamomile may be unsuitable for certain people. Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. If you have asthma or other allergies consult your doctor before using.

As this product has not been tested on animals, it’s recommended that pets are not in the same room when switched on. Do not eat the pads. Causes skin irritation. Causes serious eye irritation. If you get it onto your skin or eyes, wash immediately. May cause an allergic skin reaction. Harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects.
