• Blephaclean is an eyelid cleanser that contains a gentle, mild, micellar solution. It is free of preservatives and parabens.
• Blephaclean cleans the eyelids while respecting the skin around them and the natural bacteria.

Blephaclean wipes can be used to treat symptoms of blepharitis (eyelid inflammation), which is often associated with dry eyes disease and meibomian dysfunction. ¹

Clinically, blephaclean wipes have been shown to reduce the symptoms of blepharitis.2 After 21 days of twice daily use, OSDI scores in patients were reduced to asymptomatic in 55% of them, and there was a significant improvement in ocular comfort (p0.001).

Blephaclean wipes have shown improvement in ocular symptoms. Patients report less crusting around their eyelashes, redder lid margins, and eyelids that stick together in the morning. ²

Pre-operative cataract patients were provided with hygiene advice. This resulted in a 58% decrease (p=0.03) of cancellation rates. Blephaclean was 3 days effective in reducing the microbial load on the eyelids. This is a significant reduction from placebo. ⁴
