Aspirin 75mg Gastro-Resistant Tablets can be used to help prevent heart attacks and strokes in people who have previously suffered these conditions or who have under gone by-pass surgery. Aspirin Enteric Coated 75mg Tablets are low dose aspirins and are not to be used as a pain relief.
