Is this gel suitable for someone who is pregnant or breastfeeding?

There is no reason why someone who is pregnant or breastfeeding could not use Aloclair Plus, though it is recommended to consult your doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist before using any new medication. This will help you to be sure that the product is safe for you and your baby.

Is it ok to use Aloclair Plus while using other medication?

If you are taking any other medication, speak to your doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist before using this product, especially if the medication is used in your mouth. Medicines can interact when used together, making them less effective, so always speak to your doctor or pharmacist to be sure this won’t happen.

Can I use Aloclair Plus Gel is I am wearing braces?

Yes, this gel will also help with tissue damage in the mouth caused by wearing braces. This can happen when your braces rub against the side of your mouth, causing irritation or chafing.

How much gel should I use?

Apply 1 or 2 drops of gel to cover the whole mouth ulcer or lesion. Do not touch the affected area with the applicator. Do not touch with the tongue for 2 minutes after use to allow the protective film to form. Avoid eating or drinking for at least 1 hour after use. Use 3 – 4 times a day, as needed.
