 We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with a product, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions below.

Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You must request the return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at orders@ukmedsonline.co.uk. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process the return.

Please note:

Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Refunds are not available for:

Products returned in an opened or used condition

Items returned outside of the 14-day window

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Goods
Any faulty, damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please email orders@ukmedsonline.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.)
