The helpful guidelines printed on the insoles themselves make it easy for you to trim them down to size so they’ll fit perfectly into your shoes, no matter what size they are. 

How to use Scholl Air-Pillo Insoles

Before using your Scholl Air-Pillo Insoles, check the size guide included and trim insoles to size if needed. Once insoles are the right size, insert into your shoes, making sure the fabric side is face up.

Can I wash these insoles?

These Scholl insoles are machine washable at low temperatures, so if you need to wash your insoles then you absolutely can. Once they’ve been washed, dry flat and away from direct heat and place them back into your shoes once they’re completely dry.

Prescription orders must be approved before they can be shipped. Please note that express delivery will only be available after the prescriber approves the item. It usually takes a few hours, but it can take up 72 hours after placing your order. Please note any incorect delivery address details entered we are not responsible and a re-shipping fee will be applied and also if you have missed the multiple re-delivery attemps and the item is returned to us we will have to re-charge you postage to re-ship the item back out to you.
